Educator. Blogger. Poet.

They say your greatest area of struggle, is the place where you have the most to give. Navigating life as a human that is both Black and a man hasn’t been easy, and yet, I can say that it was all a gift because I’m able to offer my research, insight, resources, and talent as a writer to boys/men who struggle with the same things that I have. I’ve reached a point in my life where although things aren’t perfect, I’m increasingly seeing more success, happiness, confidence, love, and harmony coming into my life.

I’m an avid reader of psychology texts, work as an English teacher, minored in African American studies, coordinate a mentorship program for Black adolescent males, and really really want to see my brothers doing well.
