With some 25 years’ experience in retail management, Aundre Pace passes on the lessons he has learned to his clients at the Growth Coach in Plainfield and Naperville, Illinois, a top-rated business development franchise. Before opening the Growth Coach, Pace served as regional vice president of Banfield Pet Hospital, headquartered in Chicago. He had responsibility for 144 locations in the Midwest, with around 2,000 employees, and made possible a 15% increase in revenues. Pace also nurtured the careers of executives within the organization.

Prior to his tenure at Banfield, he was the regional director of operations for 100 Starbucks locations. In that capacity, Aundre Pace launched 25 new stores and increased revenues by 10% each year. He received a regional director of the year award for his accomplishments in developing partners, and facilitated the transfer of operational responsibility to individual stores.

Pace came to Starbucks from Wal-Mart, where he rose from assistant store manager to district manager positions. During this time, he led the creation of two new stores and three new Supercenters in Denver.

Aundre Pace is a graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, where he studied business administration and general management. A family man, he has coached his sons in football and baseball. He derives business advice from books by University of North Carolina coaches Roy Williams and Dean Smith.
