Ausjoli Minichiello

Boston, Massachusetts

As a choreographer, dancer and educator, Ausjoli aims to inspire others as well as herself. Her experience at Dean College earning her BA degree in Dance has shaped her as an artist. She has personally worked with and learned from many renowned artists such as William (Bill) Evans, Gregory King, Donlin Foreman, Jill Silverman, Laura Young and Todd Shanks. She was also a company member for two years with Urbanity Dance Company of Boston.

Ausjoli's choreography has been showcased in many concerts during her time at Dean College as well as at the Southern Vermont Dance Festival. Since receiving her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Dance, she has relocated to San Francisco to build her career. She plans to continue creating and perfecting her choreography as she studies and experiences movement in many facets. Her goal is to have a repertoire of works and eventually open a dance business back on the east coast.

Teaching has always been a passion of Ausjoli's. She has taught for Greater Boston studios such as Dance Track Studio, East Coast Dance Center and Phunk Phenomenon, where she introduced contemporary modern to a community of Hip Hop dancers. She is currently is teaching Creative Movement (pre-dance) to toddlers in San Francisco, as well as Barre and Pilates at Mint Studios.

Ausjoli continues to work hard and grow as an artist everyday!
