Austen Hacker
licensed pharmacist and healthcare leader in Little Rock, Arkansas
Hi, I'm Austen Hacker, a licensed pharmacist based in Little Rock, Arkansas. My career has taken me through oncology, hospital, ambulatory, institutional, and retail pharmacy settings, where I've had the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations, launch new pharmacy services, and help improve patient care.
Before entering healthcare, I earned a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Baylor University. That experience taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the value of lifelong learning—qualities that continue to shape my work today. I later earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe and have since focused on healthcare leadership, pharmacy operations, and patient safety.
I believe success is measured not only by achievements but by growth, learning, and service to others. My faith plays a central role in my life and guides my approach to both personal and professional decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy piano, distance running, hiking, building computers, coffee, movies, video games, and church music. I'm passionate about healthcare, technology, leadership, and continuous improvement, and I enjoy sharing ideas that help people grow both personally and professionally.
