Hi, my name is Austin Lawrence, and I was born in Timmins, Ontario, on December 18, 1998. Even though I was born in Timmins, the cold was too much to handle so my family and I moved up north to Sudbury, Ontario when I was an age of one. I live here in Sudbury and attend Laurentian University. I am enrolled in the Concurrent Education program that is offered here at Laurentian. I have completed my Bachelor's degree, and I have a major in Computer Science and a minor in Math. I enjoy programming in Java, C++ and Python, and I also enjoy creating webpages using HTML (Nerd).

Previously, I was a Manager at Tim Hortons, and some of my tasks were to calculate the money in the tills from the previous day and manage 7-13 people on shift daily. Not only was I tasked to handle shift operations, but I also had to handle customer complaints and come to a quick solution based on the customer's complaint. Currently, I am employed at Tutor Doctor, where I have taken on 4 students, and I meet them at their homes and help them with Math. I enjoy seeing the students progress each tutoring session and get to learn how to develop my teaching skills in math. I am a future educator, who looks forward to inspiring the younger generation to be creative and not be afraid of learning. One day I will be a teacher, but I will always be a student.
