Greetings, my name is Austin Nkomo, an educator, lifelong learner and technology entrepreneur with a passion for creating meaningful impact through education. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in English and History. I am committed to developing inclusive, engaging, and learner-centred classrooms that empower learners to think critically, communicate effectively and become democratically responsible citizens. In my career, I am driven by the belief that technology and education can work together to expand opportunities for learners and society at large.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained entrepreneurial experience by founding and managing a tech store. This experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, which I bring into my approach to teaching and lifelong learning.
