Austin loves being a part of and fully developing teams. He and his wife, Corley, have been married since 2007 and have 4 boys ranging from 16 to 10, and a girl that’s 7. Austin played basketball in college at Newman University in Wichita, KS and Corley attended the University of Central Oklahoma before they started a family.
He started his career in the financial services industry in 2001 after his freshmen year in college. After college, Austin moved to OKC in 2004 and has been an Investment Advisor Representative since then while also expanding his practice into more of a Virtual CFO role that helps families and business owners operate at maximum efficiency while making sure the IRS isn't their biggest charity. Over the years, Austin has also worked in Business Development while also managing a recruiting team with Mosaic Personnel (formerly Principal Technologies) for 3 1/2 years. Austin also worked at Total Medical Personnel Staffing starting in 2017 and was mostly involved in all aspects of sales and recruiting for the 3 1/2 years he was there. While at Total Medical, Austin got involved in real estate and launched 12 Point Homes which buys properties to flip, hold in their long-term and short-term rental properties portfolio, or wholesale/ sell to other investors. He also got licensed as a realtor in 2021 to offer additional options for sellers to sell their houses.
Corley is a full-time mom and sews when she can. The Koehn's became involved with the Navigators, an international, interdenominational Christian ministry that helps people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ as they navigate through life. Austin and Corley were introduced to the Navigators in 2009 through a discipling relationship and are involved with the Navigators in different capacities including NavWorkplace in OKC.
Austin & Corley also enjoy camping as a family and anything that involves the outdoors and are fully involved in Boy Scouts of America. Austin is the Treasurer with Pack 55 that meets at Nichols Hills United Methodist Church and is involved with Scouts BSA with his older three boys at Troop 15. If they find time away from soccer, tennis, basketball and ninjastics with the kids - they love traveling the world. Austin is also DIY'er and loves working on home projects with Corley and the kids.
