Authentic Yoga Studio offers a variety classes throughout the day, open every day. Serving the entire Treasure Valley , Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and Kuna Idaho. Yoga is for everyone willing to show up. Beginners to regular practioners. Heated and non-heated classes. Offering classes for full body wellness. Including kids/family classes. We offer Hot yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Athletes, Hot 26. Private/group sessions, and workshops available. Something for everyone. It’s hard to walk into yoga studio doors, we aren’t judging, we get it. Come as you are, and start from where you are that day. Walk ins always welcome. Classes begin at the times listed, studio is open approx. 30 minutes before class.
