I was originally a reluctant author however, when I came to realise how different and unique my life, as well as those of my ancestors have been, I thought it only right to share our tales. The image you see here forms the cover of the first book in a short memoir series. In this book I share how I was born into a loving family but soon came to experience the horrors of war and abuse. Unfortunately, in my attempt to escape the abuse I ended up in a worse situation.

Readers will learn how it is possible to live through, and survive, such experiences and to go on to live a reasonable life despite the emotional as well as physical damage. It truly surprises me how resilient our human spirits can be.
