Josh Stratford

Hey, I’m Josh, and welcome to my “small talk speedrun." This is all of the basic, boring conversation (about me) that we could have, summed up into 2 minutes of reading (hopefully)!

So to start, I’m 26, originally from Harrisonburg, VA, and I'm a freelancer in media (audio/video, photo, and graphic design). If you're interested in my work, check out my portfolio at the top of the page. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Spanish from BYU in 2025, and yes I'm a Latter-Day Saint (I served a Spanish-speaking mission in Uruguay).

I got into freelancing originally through my love of music (which is what I actually wanted to study in school). To be more specific, I rap. I enjoy freestyling, but I consider myself a writer first. You can find links to my music below!

I also love basketball and the outdoors. I'm a diehard Celtics fan, I've coached basketball, and I plan to continue coaching. I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, so I've loved things like hiking, camping, and kayaking for a long time.
