He reinforced his legal framework with a discipline in Political Science and Public Administration from Istanbul University. This academic synthesis enables Savran—particularly in complex commercial disputes and administrative procedures—to approach legal conflicts with strategic depth, incorporating sociological and political variables beyond mere legal texts.
He combines his European Council (HELP) certified human rights expertise and international legal vision with practical experience in Corporate Law, Contract Management, and Commercial Disputes.
