Responsibilities:
• Creating, modifying and testing DeltaV Software I/O's, Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Operator Interface Graphics, Recipes, Phases, Process Segments, Unit procedures, Procedures, Operations, Work Instructions, lookup tables, Behaviors, Parameter referral/deferrals, Formulas, process specific interlocks, function blocks / control strategies, Alarm management and Sequential function block (SFC) logic to efficacious implementation.
• Responsible for generating, designing, reviewing and testing Commissioning/Validation protocol documentation (SFAT, AIQ, RAR, AOQ, RTM, QASR, PQ), Automation documentation (P&IDs, PFD’s, URS, FS, DS, SOP) and Sales Proposals.
• Lead/participate in cross functional teams to develop and improve processes, procedures and tools used in the execution of automation projects
• Proactively investigate, design, configure/integrate and test process control “root cause” solutions to a variety of complex technical problems onsite for client organizations, installed base customers and within project team.
