It’s been 9+ years since I’m working as HR/Employer branding specialist.
I grew up with IT companies, got stronger with Retail leader and now I’m happy to be a part of world’s snacking leader/FMCG/ - Mondelēz International.
Employer branding is still very young, but here at Mondelez, I’m sure this topic goes much deeper than recruiting branding and talent acquisition.
It’s built on culture and beliefs, it’s brought to outer world by our employees, who love their job and happy to get back here every morning.
I believe, that when you have great idea and great people around it, you should do all the best to unleash their talents and potential, empower them and let them create a better place to work and live.
Now I lead employer branding for Ukraine and 11 countries of CA.
My territory is both internal and external employer communications, projects which drive employer brand for its target audiences, culture and engagement agenda as a part of our great place to work approach.
They say I’m good on sharing expertise, so I’ve participated lots of events as a speaker and expert.
I adore beautiful and meaningful design in everything – environment, architecture, interiors, web, communications.
