Anıl Avcı
Scuba Diving Instructor and Blogger
I’m a Scuba Diving Instructor, Ocean enthusiast, and storyteller with over 15 years of experience in the diving industry.
My journey underwater began in Türkiye in 2003, eventually leading me to become a PADI and CMAS Instructor in 2011. Since then, I’ve worked with divers from around the world across a wide range of environments from tropical reefs in the Caribbean and Southeast Asia to the cold waters of Iceland.
I'm also certified as LifeGuard by both American Red Cross CPR&AED and StarGuardElite (SGE), that ensures the safety and well-being of individuals in aquatic environments.
Over the years, I’ve taught recreational and professional level diving courses, guided certified divers, and worked in international diving operations including expedition style environments. Today, I continue to work as a dive instructor and guide in Iceland while also developing my own diving and travel projects. BeeDiversDiving
Alongside diving, I have a background in Economics and Administrative Sciences, which has helped shape my approach to leadership, operations, and guest experience within the tourism industry.
I’m also passionate about marine life, environmental awareness, and sharing stories from the underwater world through writing and blogging.
Whether underwater or above the surface, I value safety, professionalism, adaptability, and meaningful human connections through travel and exploration.
