Avinash Dongre

I’m a Backend Integration Specialist at Red Hat focused on building scalable integration platforms and data pipelines. I design and operate event-driven systems using Kafka, Debezium, Flink, JMS, AMQ and RabbitMQ, and build microservices and APIs with Quarkus, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, CXF and FastAPI. I work across Java, Python and Go, and apply retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI patterns with LangChain / LangChain4j, LlamaIndex, FAISS, Milvus and RAG to surface actionable knowledge from large datasets. I care about observability, resilience and performance, and enjoy bridging data engineering, ML infra (MCP/Agentic AI) and application development to turn messy integration problems into dependable platforms.
