It's quite rare to find a person who has left his well paid job in order to put a stop to increasing harassment and molestation cases against women in India. Avinash singh pandey and his team(Avinash singh pandey, sayema mohit suratawla , sahar khanna) is one such person who is working in the same direction under his NGO named Jagruti.

For the past 10 years, the NGO has worked hard towards creating a better and supportive environment for all the molestation and harassment survivors. Besides helping them to break the silence on such atrocities, Avinash singh pandey and his team always work towards becoming a powerful voice that aims towards bringing such survivors to the mainstream life.

Background and Objective of NGO Jagruti

The NGO came into existence as a result of Avinash singh pandey’s valiant efforts to stop all such inhuman and heinous crimes within the society. All of the volunteers associated with this organization have been tirelessly working for providing better and informed knowledge to understand the psychological trauma to all these molestation and harassment survivors.

The services and platforms are properly designed after studying and observing these survivors and their respective issues. Avinash singh pandey and his NGO have been highly acclaimed and rewarded for the their undying efforts in the same direction over the past few years .

He and his team of dedicated volunteers are running random programs and workshops while bringing innovative and effective methods in use for overall women empowerment in the country.

The organization further offers resources, information and reference while continuously creating and designing network to help these women survivor with all the basic rights and facilities.

Leaving his well paid job and launching his own NGO

Speaking of Avinash singh pandey as an individual, he used to work as an IT professional few years back and was earning a good income out of the same job. Still, after looking into the increasing number of harassment and molestation cases with in India, he thought of doing something concrete and fruitful to help out all such women survivors.

One fine day, he thought of leaving the job and putting all his efforts and time to start an Ngo with some noble objectives in mind.
