Ashley Aviyah Barnes is a Reporter for NBC 26 in Green Bay, Wi.
She is a Communications & Black World Studies Graduate from Loyola University. She is an avid workaholic who lives for the dualities of life. She loves working the the field of digital media and community service. Previous to this (but also parallel you may say) she has edited video & audio, reported & anchored, and also dabbled in photography, producing and radio.
Ashley has a true desire to save the world and is very active in the community (Go Bronzeville 3rd ward Chicago). Her belief is in Black Ink (Identity, Necessity & Knowledge). "People need to know who they are, have what they need and develop a skill." That is Ashley's belief. But in her spare time, she really enjoys writing about herself in the third person.
