Since finding out I was a diabetic several years ago, I have been been on a search for great food that tastes good and is still good for you. Coming from a background of great chefs in the family, it was very hard at first to change my eating habits after such a long time but I hung in there. I started searching for every cookbook I could find so I could become familar with different kinds of cooking. Boy oh boy, has it been a delightful journey.

You don't have to quit eating what you love, you just have to learn how to make it healthier for you. I have discovered that I love Salmon. I never gave it a thought before having to change my eating habits. There are so many ways to cook it that I am in Salmon heaven!

I love to cook and have thought about writing a cookbook for lovers of food. I think this would be such an incredible journey to embark upon.

My other guilty pleasure is my coffee. I LOVE MY COFFEE!!
