I am a headteacher of a Montessori school in Wittenberge in Germany. The real success of a teacher comes from building a positive learning environment and keeping a sense of humor. It is about learning something new each day and use several interesting ways of doing it , knowing exactly kid for exactly who he is, and believing in the potential in every single child. This is my feeling about teaching:-).
