AWG Bakery proudly uses organic ingredients in all of our breads! We believe that organic ingredients are not only better for your health, but they also taste better. Our breads are made with organic flour, water, yeast, and salt. We use organic olive oil to give our breads a delicious flavor and texture.

Gluten-free and Paleo lifestyles are becoming more popular as people become more aware of the benefits of avoiding gluten and grains. There are a variety of ways to bake bread without using gluten or grains, and AWG Bakery has perfected the art of grain-free baking. As a health-conscious and environmentally friendly bakery, AWG Bakery is committed to using the best possible food packaging. We use recyclable and biodegradable materials whenever possible, and we avoid using any packaging that contains harmful chemicals.

Our bread is wrapped in beeswax paper, which is not only environmentally friendly but also keeps our bread fresh and delicious. We also use recycled paper bags for our rolls and muffins, and we are working on transitioning to fully compostable bagasse boxes for all of our products.

We are always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment, and we believe that using eco-friendly food packaging is one of the best ways to do so.
