Freelance Writer, Screenwriting, and Editor in Colorado
Ali Worton grew up in a remote town, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where she learned the value of writing at an early age. As a refuge for her loneliness, she found solace in storytelling. By the age of eight, she completed her first piece, The Mystery of the Magical Treasure Map, a high-fantasy tale. The majority of her childhood was spent fantasizing about other worlds and mystical creatures. Those imaginative experiences led her down the path she walks today.
Ali was encouraged to attend Full Sail University, where she attained her BFA in Creative Writing for Entertainment, after studying education and psychology at Ashford University. Instructors and classmates identified her true talent and prompted her to pursue a career in the writing industry. In the last four years, Ali has achieved some of the highest academic achievements and awards from both universities, including: the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, the Golden Keys International Honour Society, and two Course Director Awards.
Currently, Ali is working as a freelance writer and editor in her hometown.
