Axeon Specialty Products (Axeon SP) is a new specialty petroleum products company, providing an array of petroleum-based products, such as high-performance modified asphalts, bitumen and warm-mix products. Axeon SP has an extensive logistics network and a vast terminal system with significant storage and distribution capability. Axeon SP also provides clients with state-of-the-art technical services related to product development, solving pavement problems with products such as asphalt sealers and providing general field support.

While headquartered in San Antonio, TX, Axeon SP has two additional refinery plants located in Paulsboro, NJ and Savannah, GA. On top of Axeon SP’s refining units, they are comprised of other facilities including:

liquid storage terminal for petroleum and chemical products
three marine docks
rail offloading capacity
polymer modified asphalt (PMA) production facility
testing laboratory
