Dr Eshan Nerkar, Consultant Brain and Spine Surgeon received his MCh from Bangalore’s reputed M S Ramaiah Medical College. He had the good fortune to be trained by some of the best in the area of neurosurgery. He was exposed to a whole range of neurological and spinal illnesses during his studies. Later, he worked at Bangalore’s BRAINS Neuro Spine Center alongside Dr N. K. Ventatramanna. He gained valuable experience in advanced MICRO-NEUROSURGERY and minimal access to spine surgerywhile he was there. He has conducted more than 1000 procedures relating to the brain and spinal disorders in his career.

We have a complete ICU unit at our facility to care for serious RTA patients. The operating theatre is well-equipped with the most up-to-date instruments and an operating microscope, which are essential for micro-neurosurgery. Neuro-Oncology, Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Hydrocephalus Surgery are Dr Eshan’s main areas of interest. Spinal Instrumentation (ACDF, Corpectomy, C1-2 fusion, O-C2 fusion, Posterior Cervical Fusion), Minimal Access Spine Surgery, Kyphoplasty, and Vertebroplasty are among his main interests. He performs Micro Lumbar Decompressions and Disectomies on a regular basis.
