Hello, my name is Ayda Ramirez, I'm an Industrial Engineer graduated from Uniminuto, I live in Bogota, Colombia. Throughout my life I have developed a passion for self-actualisation and excellence in work.
For more than a decade, I have accumulated extensive work experience in various economic sectors, excelling in administrative areas and customer service. For three years, I held the position of Integral Services Coordinator in an employee fund, honing my leadership and services management skills effectively.
Currently, as a Quality Analyst in a IT consulting company, I apply my knowledge in Quality Assurance, Management 3.0, Agile Methodologies, Information Systems as well as in process standardization. My advanced level of Excel and English proficiency allow me to communicate and work effectively in professional environments.
In my professional approach, I am dedicated to continuous improvement and optimization of organizational processes. My analytical skills and ability to work with data allow me to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions to drive quality and efficiency in the projects in which I participate. I am a proactive, achievement-oriented professional who is meticulous about attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of accurate and high quality results.
In addition to my dedication to work, I find balance in my activities outside the professional sphere. I enjoy movies and traveling, enjoying the magic of films and the diversity of narratives that explore different points of view. Hiking also holds a special place in my life, as it allows me to connect with nature and recharge my energy.
Music and the outdoors are sources of inspiration and relaxation for me. I love discovering new rhythms and melodies, either by attending concerts or simply enjoying music in natural surroundings.
