Elena Aydelotte

Student, Public Speaker, and Social Media Manager in Texas

Hello, I’m Elena. Currently, I am a full-time student at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas. As a nontraditional student and a single mother of three wonderful children it is imperative that massive characteristics such as being a dynamic self-starter and enthusiastic motivator play a vital role in my endeavors. The spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation, and volunteering are also alive and well in me. I possess a wide range of interpersonal skills that I use to encourage and motivate others.

This summer I had the awesome opportunity to work for Dale Carnegie Training in Austin as an intern. Some of my responsibilities included creating promotional infographics for upcoming seminars and researching relative content for social media platforms. The internship included a twelve-week leadership course which now makes me a Dale Carnegie graduate. I also obtained a certificate of achievement for accomplishing the Dale Carnegie, Sales Advantage course.

Currently, I have the privilege to intern with Feed My Sheep Ministries as the Public Relations Specialist for the president of the organization. My next challenge is to write a speech that adequately conveys the mission of Feed My Sheep Ministries and a call to action. This speech will be given to the president of the organization for an up-coming event.

On top of all my wonderful responsibilities, I enjoy writing poetry and traveling. Although, time is limited for these activities, I seize the moments in spontaneity and capture a little adventure.
