National Engagement:Ayesha is the Chief Coordinator for DFDI Secretariat Pakistan 2025. She has previously served as the General Manager of CoWork @NASTP. NASTP is a pioneer organization in Pakistan that has been acknowledged by the Government of Pakistan as ‘a project of strategic national importance’ led by the Pakistan Air Force.

Tech Skills Development:Ayesha is the Founder of Skills Todo - tech training and placement company. She's also the founder of Skills Gala - Pakistan's largest event on IT skills and job opportunities. When it comes to working on large scale skill development programs, Ayesha's portfolio boosts of working with Punjab IT Board, Meta, Microsoft, British Council, Tech Lift, Pakistan Engineering Council and many other notable initiatives.

Bilateral Trade Relations in Tech:As the co-founder of Pakistan Tech Forum, she works on initiatives that add to the IT exports of Pakistan by liaising the local tech sector with the international markets via tech trade missions and business facilitation.

Her portfolio boasts co-founding Bridge, a tech community-driven co-working space in Lahore, Pakistan. She's also the founder of Women Leaders of Pakistan - a closed community of women in leadership roles across all sectors.

Achievements and International Impact

Ayesha’s been featured as an inspiring woman entrepreneur by Facebook. Payoneer selected her as one of the 9 inspiring professional women around the globe, back in 2017. In 2016, she achieved the Women Excellence Award from the provincial govt. She represented Pakistan at the Young Emerging Leaders in Business Summit 2019, held in Russia which hosted 23 countries. In 2020 she’s been featured as one of the Heroes of Pakistan by NEO TV Network. Ayesha is also a TechWomen fellow in 2022 and completed her mentorship program in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, USA and also got featured as a success story at the 10 years anniversary of the TechWomen program. Under her initiative Pakistan Tech Forum - Ayesha has led the first ever tech delegation to Malaysia in 2023 and lead another successful tech business delegation to Singapore in 2024.

As per her passion to pay back to the community, she has been a guest speaker at almost all the reputed universities of Pakistan to inspire youngsters.

Being a marketing professional, entrepreneur and a youth icon, she’s been interviewed on a number of TV channels and blogs.
