Ayibiowu holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of social science in Mechanical Engineering from European University of Lefke and Lagos state university respectively.
The development of FMCG industries such as International Brewery (member of The Ab-Inbev), Nigerian Bottling Company Limited (member of The Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company(CCHBC)) and Hanck Diesel, has without doubt taken its share from the immense contribution of Ayibiowu in the following areas; Asset Care and Management, Maintenance and Reliability, Manufacturing and Operational Excellence, Project Management, Work Organization and Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Continuous Improvement (KAIZEN), TPM, 5S and Workplace Organization, Spare Part and Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, People and Performance Management, ERP – SAP, MS-Navision and to mention a few.
Ayibiowu, has been involved in several improvements’ projects across the years. He was involved in the change management process of SAP maintenance project with NBC.
He commenced his career with Hanck Diesel as a Maintenance technician. Utilities Manager, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance controller saddled with the responsibility of Production Assets Availability and Reliability while in NBC. He has utilized several problem-solving tools like DMAIC, SMED, PDCA, SDCA and others for several projects leading to savings of millions of Naira to reduce manufacturing.
In search for greater challenges, he moved to International Brewery as a Packaging Engineer. He was involved in process and equipment improvements with the use of Continuous Improvement strategies such as RCFA, SAP, Kaizen, SMED, Performance Management (PM), Lean Six Sigma, and VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization).
Wherever he finds himself, his overall aim is to improve Reliability of assets, Control and Reduce Inventory, Repair and Maintenance cost, improve Employee Capabilities and improve Overall business profitability.
As a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional – CMRP, and a Certified Trainer and Proctor for the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), he has been part of the success recorded in training and getting over a hundred Nigerians certified of world global CMRP certification.
