✮ I've been dealing & struggling with mental health issues and childhood trauma for as long as I can remember, and it's been tough. Social anxiety makes it hard for me to be around crowds and socialize often. I find peace in solitude and recharge by spending time alone. I use journaling as an outlet for my emotions. I'm very sensitive, and soft/kind hearted person, but I also struggle with anger issues.
