My name is Ayzhana Kozbagarova, and I am a credit expert with more than 17 years of experience in banking, fintech, and microfinance organizations. Over the years, I have worked on everything from analyzing borrowers’ credit histories to developing scoring models and assessing the reliability of MFIs.
From 2011 to 2020, I was a credit analyst at Bank CenterCredit, one of Kazakhstan’s largest commercial banks. There, I focused on evaluating clients’ solvency, managing credit risks, and creating innovative lending solutions for both retail and corporate sectors.
Since 2021, I have been the lead credit expert at the independent financial portal ZajmyOnlajn.kz. I have authored over 150 analytical articles covering online loans, interest rates, overdue payments, penalties, and the legal aspects of lending in Kazakhstan.
My mission is to make the microfinance market transparent and accessible, helping people make safe and informed financial decisions.
