I am an experienced Assistant Manager – Merchandising, responsible for overseeing budgets, managing production timelines, and tracking key performance indicators such as PCD, PSD, and OTD. With strong communication and negotiation skills, I build and maintain productive relationships with buyers and suppliers while ensuring cost efficiency and smooth operations.

I excel in procurement, from planning and purchasing fabrics and trims to managing supplier payments with accuracy and efficiency. By closely monitoring the Critical Path, I ensure that all milestones are met on time, coordinating effectively with the factory and planning teams to optimize production schedules.

With a detail-oriented and proactive approach, I thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring deadlines are met, costs are controlled, and processes run seamlessly. My leadership and problem-solving abilities drive operational excellence, making me a valuable contributor to my team and organization.
