Currently, I serve as a Nurse Manager in an Assessment Unit at one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the United Kingdom. In this leadership role, I oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure operational efficiency, and drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
