Ayoub Ansari is the founder of Racialized Young Professionals Network, a grassroots network of individuals working towards breaking down racial barriers in Thunder Bay and beyond.

Ayoub received his Juris Doctor degree in 2016 and is a charter class graduate of Lakehead’s Law School. In his second year of law school he served as VP Finance for Lakehead Law Students’ Society.

Ayoub has completed his placement at the Crown Attorney’s Office and summered twice with Legal Aid Ontario. He articled in Toronto in the areas of Criminal, Family and Refugee Law with Legal Aid Ontario.

He enjoys empowering youth through mentorship and public speaking. When he has some free time, he likes making his own Caribbean pepper sauce and burning his taste buds.
