Under two decades, from uncovering critical vulnerabilities in OpenAI, Meta, Shopify and Google, publishing cloud security research, to architecting Noon's security amid explosive growth and being recognized by the NYTimes as a global cybersecurity leader, Ayoub bridge hands-on hacking, product building, with board-level security strategy to fortify enterprises and global infrastructure against real-world threats.

Currently leading Group Cybersecurity for Noon Group in a mission to protect millions of customers daily across the MENA region, He joined Noon in 2017 and built up the information security program from the ground up, as a part of his role, he’s managing the security portfolio for Noon Group of companies, and scaling up the infosec department to support its explosive growth.

Before stepping into executive leadership, Ayoub spent nearly a decade as a top security researcher, his work contributed to securing billions of users worldwide. He uncovered hundreds of critical vulnerabilities for Facebook, Google, Microsoft, the U.S. Department of Defense, OpenAI and dozens of other Fortune 100 firms, earning a place among HackerOne’s global top-100 hackers and multiple top-10 finishes at international live-hacking competitions.

With a background in software engineering and entrepreneurial spirit, those formative years cultivated a builder’s mindset that later drove Ayoub to found Sacurify, a security consulting firm, and later join the founding team at a cybersecurity solutions company in Dubai and advising major clients in MENA.

Ayoub still rolls up his sleeves and writes code as necessary, authors research papers, serves as a trusted advisor for startup founders building security products or wrestling with “security-by-design” decisions, he speaks regularly at GITEX, BlackHat MEA, and GISEC—sharing practical lessons on embedding security into hyper-growth cultures while keeping product velocity and customer trust intact.
