Hello! I'm Aysha Siddika, a researcher dedicated to harnessing the power of computational chemistry and AI for transformative drug discovery. With an Erasmus Mundus MSc in Chemical Innovation (ChIR) and an organic chemistry master with a strong background in organic synthesis, I specialize in using molecular simulations and cheminformatics to tackle complex health challenges, particularly neurodegenerative diseases. My work at the ABCD Laboratory, Bangladesh and presentations at global forums like the Max Planck Institute, Virtual winter school and so on have shaped my expertise in structure-based drug design, molecular docking, and bioinformatics. Proficient in both lab techniques (NMR, FTIR) and computational tools, I'm passionate about bridging science and technology to create impactful therapeutic solutions.
