Peter Aytug

Peter Aytug has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years during which he personally originated, closed and serviced $5.8 billion in short-term commercial loans. He founded York Funding LLC in 2010 which is a leading loan provider to real estate professionals who purchase, fix and flip and resell one-to-four family houses, mixed-use properties, apartment buildings and new development projects. Peter built his business on strong relationships with the majority of his borrowers consistently returning for their funding needs.

From 1994 to 2009 he founded and managed Northern Funding, LLC which was engaged in financing real estate professionals with short-term commercial loans similar to York Funding. As a real estate investor, Peter has personally owned and managed over a hundred properties nationwide.
