A specialist in the field of cosmetic implants, Dr. Azadeh Khajavi holds a doctor of dental medicine from the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She went on to serve a fellowship in the treatment of TMJ disorders at the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics in Chicago, Illinois, and earned a certificate of orthodontic achievement from the Mid-America Orthodontic Society in Vancouver, Canada. Since 1994, Dr. Azadeh Khajavi has been serving patients in Oregon area as a private practitioner.
Dr. Khajavi has been named a master dentist through the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and a fellow through the Academy of General Dentistry. In 1999, 2000, and again in 2002, the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped awarded Dr. Azadeh Khajavi special recognition for her volunteer service to “disabled, elderly, and medically compromised people.” Further, the major newspaper The Oregonian recently chronicled her efforts to help survivors of domestic abuse.
