I currently lead the IITS/WMT Intranet & Workflow Services team at Singapore Management University.

I was born after the Vietnam war, lived through the 80s-90s as a kid, survived the Y2K bug, experienced first hand the rise and fall of the dotcom boom. From an IT administrator to a web developer, database administrator, entrepreneur, and now a project and team manager.

For more than 20 years I have dabbled with web technologies in Java, Microsoft and Open Source and have managed small development teams ranging from 2-8 people.

I currently enjoy playing the role of a bridge. Whether it is between the geeks of tech and the needs of business, or between upper management and the people on the ground, it is a difficult position that I am treading yet it is where I like to be.
