She has been in the industry of human resource for more than 12 years now. Aziz experience of 12 concrete years already exposed her to various aspects of human resources like performance management, employee and employer relations, talent pooling and acquisition, compensation and benefits management, career and personal development, policy development and implementation, training and competency development, and exit management.
