My Interests

Languages

I speak English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Gujarati. I want to learn at least 3 more languages in the future.

Traveling

I love immersing myself in local cultures and building lasting connections with people I meet. I've lived abroad for 1-3 months each year since 2007, exploring 100+ cities across 17 countries and 5 continents.

Business

I started mh current business, the Calgary Language Nerds in 2016. Combining my passion for business and love of languages has been incredibly rewarding. Prior to that, I ran a residential window cleaning franchise for a little over 5 years.

Health and fitness

I strive to have the overall health and fitness of someone at least 10 years younger than me. I pay close attention to what I eat and to my physical activity levels.

Personal and professional growth

I enjoy learning new skills and broadening my horizons. Furthermore, I am energized by hearing others discuss their own personal or professional development efforts.

Effective altruism
