Ajay Pandey

Ajay Pandey is the Founder and CEO of Chaitanya Design, a leading full-service marketing and creative agency based in Nepal. With over 12 years of experience in the marketing and branding space, Ajay has built a reputation for delivering strategic campaigns that drive real impact for businesses across industries.

Before founding Chaitanya Design, he served as the Brand Manager at Glocal Pvt. Ltd. for 7 years, where he led multiple national initiatives aimed at youth empowerment and brand development. Today, Ajay leads a 60-member team at Chaitanya Design, managing creative direction, digital innovation, and brand strategy for clients in Nepal and beyond.

A passionate educator and youth mentor, Ajay has trained over 30,000 students in more than 400 schools and colleges on personal branding, communication, and career development. His workshops, keynotes, and training programs are highly sought after by educational institutions and corporate organizations alike.

His work has been featured in leading Nepali and regional platforms including Glocal Khabar, Reporters Nepal, Kathmandu Tribune, and TEDxYouth Kamalpokhari, among others.
