Key Learnings during my modest experience: Some learnt the hard way, and some fortunately, the easy way.

Discipline is very important – to be sucessful in your personal and profesional life.

Set small achievable goals instead of big dreamy ones, for example, set a goal that I will not hurt anyone today, or, be very courteous and polite to everyone I meet, rather than dream about growing my company to achieve a billion dollars in revenue.

Not everyone is like me. Aim to be such that I can work with everyone, instead of trying to make everyone work according to me.Conflicts are a part of life.

Try to handle and solve conflicts, rather than running away every time I encounter one, or trying to find a company with zero conflict levels.
