I provide governance, risk and compliance services, helping organisations with their corporate governance frameworks, facilitating risk assessments, performing (institutional) compliance audits and setting up risk, internal control and internal audit functions. I also assist organisations conform to appropriate and applicable statements of policies and procedures as well as established rules of conduct. I also provide recommendations to improve adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance as well as providing advice to improve existing controls, processes and outputs through reports to management. I am interested in politics, arts and design, entrepreneurship, and acting.
