I always hear. “What time will you use the Marimba or the Timpani ?” or “where can we get or rent percussion instruments or accessories”, these questions i always hear during the time when it was face to face. Hello, I am Jason Philip De Los Santos and I am a percussionist in the University of Santo Tomas. As a freshman I would notice that all my seniors would compete who would practice with the marimba or the timpani first. This gave some thought during the summer, as a person who was able to get his own marimba was able to practice in his room. I want to help people who would need percussion for their performance or practice. When I was at highschool. Would compete for knowledge with some of my classmates and I would be the one who was always late. One of my classmates would help with the knowledge that I needed. That same effort inspired me to do the same. As human beings we have that value of helping one person to another and helping a fellow percussionist is not different. I believe that helping someone with their career will bridge away to a new horizon. As I see other percussion stores like helping percussionists, universities in the United states, this gave me inspiration to do the same in the Philippines. I believe that the benefit of this store is that it closes the space that people need in their musicality when it comes to percussion. With that being said as percussion student i can close that gap with my support and knowledge that i know about percussion and everything about it
