Babak “Bobby” Bagheri also practiced with the real estate transactional group at Miller, Miller & Canby, where he delivered counsel to business entities in areas such as corporate governance, company formation, and acquisitions. Mr. Bagheri holds a BA from Case Western Reserve University and a JD from the George Washington University School of Law.
