Amb. Babatunde Kayode is a strategic education leader, educator, and transformational coach committed to redefining how schools develop thinking, not just memory.

He currently serves as a Strategic Initiatives Officer at Wellspring College, driving system-level improvements in school culture, instructional design, and student outcomes. His work focuses on helping schools transition from rote memorization to critical thinking, application, and real-world problem-solving—a shift he considers essential for 21st-century relevance.

Over the years, he has taught and mentored over 1,000 secondary school students, consistently delivering strong academic outcomes while building systems that develop clarity of thought, confidence, and independent reasoning.

Babatunde is widely recognized as a Teens Transformation Coach, Parents–Teens Relationship Advocate, and Mental Health Advocate, working at the intersection of education, emotional intelligence, and youth development. His approach goes beyond inspiration, focusing on structured transformation models that help teenagers navigate identity, purpose, and performance.

He leads The Ambassador Speaking Services, where he trains student leaders, educators, and institutions through high-impact programs designed to raise responsible, self-aware, and future-ready individuals.

Through his social impact initiative, the Equipped for Exploit Back-to-School Project, he has supported over 300 underserved children with essential learning materials, reinforcing his commitment to equitable access to education.

He is the Convener of the annual “TEENS, Let’s Talk!™” Symposium, a platform dedicated to honest conversations and practical solutions for teenage transformation. In its maiden edition, participants were equipped with digital and mindset skills, preparing them for relevance in a rapidly evolving world.

His advocacy for better parenting and youth development has earned him recognition on national platforms, including a feature on Television Continental (TVC), where he shared insights on raising teenagers in the 21st century.

Popularly known as “The Microphone Ambassador,” he is a premium Master of Ceremonies and public speaking coach, known for commanding stages with clarity, energy, and purpose across corporate, social, and institutional events.

Across platforms, he continues to train, speak, and consult, equipping educators, teenagers, parents, and youth leaders with the mindset and systems required to thrive in a changing world.

He is married and blessed with three sons.
