Amb. Babatunde Kayode is an education strategist, instructional leadership advocate, and youth development expert passionate about transforming how schools teach, how educators lead, and how young people think.

In just 18 months, he transitioned from the classroom to strategic leadership and now serves as Head of Pastoral, where he leads initiatives that strengthen school culture, student wellbeing, leadership development, and holistic student formation. His work is driven by a simple but compelling conviction: schools must move beyond producing students who can recall information to developing learners who can think critically, solve problems, and thrive in an ever-changing world.

With experience teaching and mentoring over 1,000 secondary school students, Babatunde has become a respected voice on instructional design, teacher effectiveness, student engagement, and educational innovation. He works closely with school leaders and educators to design practical systems that improve teaching quality, strengthen instructional leadership, and create meaningful learning experiences.

Beyond the classroom, he is widely recognized as a Teens Transformation Coach, Parents–Teens Relationship Advocate, and Mental Health Advocate, equipping teenagers with the mindset, character, and life skills needed to navigate today’s complex world. He is the Convener of the annual TEENS, Let’s Talk!™ Symposium, an initiative dedicated to raising thoughtful, purpose-driven, and future-ready young people.

His advocacy for better parenting and youth development has earned him recognition on national television, including a feature on Television Continental (TVC), where he shared practical insights on raising teenagers in the 21st century.
