Hello! I’m Babs Williams, a strategic thinker, innovator, and community builder, deeply passionate about fostering meaningful connections and driving growth within the Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSAA) US Chapter. My journey from the vibrant classrooms of Lagos Business School to the global stage of Yale University has been one of continual learning, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

My Journey

After graduating from LBS, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of business and leadership, I ventured onto a global platform as a Yale delegate, contributing to the Yale Integrated Leadership Case Competition. This experience not only honed my strategic thinking but also underscored my ability to navigate complex challenges in diverse teams.

As a first runner-up in the Accenture Business Case Competition, I demonstrated my analytical prowess and innovative thinking. Leading the first market section analysis at the LBS career fair, I showcased my knack for identifying opportunities and driving initiatives that foster professional growth and development.
