Dr. Sheeba Lourdhes is an Indian author, publisher, technology executive, humanitarian, and social entrepreneur whose work connects literature, technology, leadership, and community service. She is the Founder and Chairman of United Samaritans India Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on women’s empowerment, child welfare, education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, mental health awareness, disaster relief, and support for vulnerable communities.

She is also the Founder of United Samaritans India Publications and the Owner and Editor of the Times of United Samaritans India, an English quarterly magazine covering literature, education, innovation, social development, public affairs, and inspiring human-interest stories. As a multilingual author, she has written and published hundreds of books across diverse subjects including philosophy, psychology, education, leadership, self-development, social awareness, and inspirational writing.

Before dedicating herself fully to publishing and humanitarian service, Dr. Lourdhes built an international career in information technology and banking. She held senior leadership roles with organizations including Standard Chartered Bank, Nordea Bank, Ericsson, Scania, Infosys, and Royal Cyber, contributing to digital transformation, enterprise technology, program management, and organizational excellence across multiple countries. Her engineering and technology contributions were recognized with the Best Women Engineer Award from The Institution of Engineers (India).

Her achievements in literature, education, engineering, and social service have earned several honours, including the Global Humanitarian Icon Award, an Honorary Doctorate in Literature from Mary Land University, the Best Women Engineer Award, Best Service Award, Sevai Chemmal Award, and Saathanai Chemmal Award.

Beyond her professional work, Dr. Lourdhes is trained in Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam and has received earlier pageant recognitions including Miss Tamil Nadu, Miss Beautiful Eyes, and Miss Beautiful Hair. She has led public awareness initiatives in eye donation, tree plantation, disaster support, mental health, women’s rights, child welfare, and education, while also serving in leadership and advisory roles with humanitarian and service organizations.

An accomplished speaker and trainer, she has delivered sessions on leadership, technology, personality development, psychology, women empowerment, education, and social responsibility.
