Bachar Moustapha is a social innovator and community leader based in Montreal.
Originally from Chad, he has built a journey rooted in resilience, purpose, and leadership. As a campus director, then community builder with the Hult Prize Foundation or as Co-Coordinator A La Tabe des Decisions with the African Union , Bachar has mobilized hundreds of young people around education, entrepreneurship, and Governance.
Today, he continues his mission to empower youth and newcomers through leadership, inclusion, and social impact initiatives.
