Once an aspiring actor and historian, I am a German Norwegian Canadian, in that order. Rather than making passport collecting my profession, I moved to the web to stay in 1998, who needs a nationality on the web anyway? Having moved to Montreal in 2001, I quickly found my place in the local advertising industry. Today I am a proud father of four children.

I spent over 10 years in advertising working for agencies like Inpix, Marketel (McCann-Erickson), Ogilvy(Mather) Montreal, and Pheromone where I worked on projects for Toyota, Future Shop, Best Buy, Rona, IKEA, Air Canada, L’Oreal Paris, Master Card, Rogers, Health Canada, YMCA, Hospira, HumanWare, Sage, RCMP, La Caisse depot, Leucan, Via Rail, RDS and many more.

In 2014 I co-founded the startup Studio Qi where I took the role of CEO. Following almost five years in the startup circus, I decided to return to my technological roots in 2018 helping build the Digital Factory at BRP. In the summer of 2021 I joined the National Bank of Canada, to support the digital transformation in a new industry.

My strength is seeing through technical jargon and clutter and quickly seeing creative possibilities.
