Self Analysis

I think my biggest strength is my adaptability. I am able to go into any situation whether that is academic, professional or social, and quickly understand context to deliver correct and robust solutions. I think my main weakness is that I am reluctant to voice my opinions even if it is necessary. Doing so will allow me to gain a better understanding of where others stand on the task or situation at hand and help to clearly resolve conflicts or concerns early on.

External Analysis

"Maanav is incredibly caring and positive. I think that no matter what the occasion is I haven’t seen anyone else who is able to share the bright side of the situation quite like him. I think his strongest trait is how he challenges himself and others around him to be the best they can be. He is also enthusiastic about everything he does and there is never a moment where he isn’t doing something. The one thing I would like Maanav to do is become more outgoing. He tends to sell himself short and doesn’t share his thoughts and ideas as often as he could."

Congruence

There are a lot of similarities between what I thought of myself and how my friend described me. Although I didn’t write those characteristics in my self analysis I do agree that those traits are present. I also am pleased to see that others around me are able to recognize my weakness and so I understand even better that this is something I need to work on. After my friend provided their analysis I shared my self-analysis with them and they agreed with those thoughts as well. Using this information I will continue to perform highly in my areas of strengths but start to focus more on developing relationships and sharing my thoughts to become more outgoing.

Feature-benefit

My dominant features seem to come in the soft skills department in the form of optimism and having a caring attitude, this benefits those around me as they are able to also share a more positive outlook while building a relationship with someone who wants to see others succeed.
